Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) will hold an online auction of ringgit banknotes with special serial numbers from 21 September until 5 October 2024. The auction will be conducted by BNM’s appointed auctioneer, MNP Auctioneers (Central) Sdn. Bhd. (MNP). Bids can be placed via this link. MNP will conduct a Live Auction online on 5 October 2024 (Saturday) at 11:00 a.m.

Ringgit banknotes with special serial numbers, such as sets of first 10 banknotes (e.g. DD0000001-0000010) and super solid numbers with repetitive prefixes (e.g. QQ8888888) will be auctioned.
