This Policy Document sets out the revised policies and operational requirements as well as guidance on Skim Pembiayaan Mikro (SPM) and Micro Enterprises Facility (MEF) related matters.

The review is part of the Financial Sector Blueprint 2022-2026 (FSBP) initiative that aims to enhance the effectiveness and relevancy of policies towards enhancing access to financing and service quality to microentrepreneurs as well as to attract more participation of financial institutions to achieve greater financial inclusion agenda.
