This Policy Document provide guidance and establish standards for Islamic repo transactions within the Islamic Interbank Money Market (IIMM), which are used for sourcing and providing funding for liquidity management. This policy document will supersede the existing SBBA Guidance Notes and consolidate Islamic repo instruments, including the Sell and Buy Back Agreement (SBBA) and Collateralised Commodity Murabahah (CCM), under a single framework.
