This Exposure Draft sets out the proposed enhancements on the following key areas:
 

1. large exposure limit, including differentiated treatment for certain counterparties or type of exposures;
2. method in assessing connectedness to a single counterparty;
3. method of measuring exposures;
4. eligible credit risk mitigation instruments;
5. application of look-through approach; and
6. reporting requirements.

The Bank invites written feedback on the proposals in this Exposure Draft, including responses to specific questions set out in this Exposure Draft, suggestions for specific issues, areas to be clarified or elaborated further, as well as alternative proposals that the Bank should consider. Responses must be submitted electronically to the Bank via [email protected] by 31 March 2025.
