Bank Negara Malaysia would like to inform members of the public that they can contact BNMTELELINK at 1-300-88-5465 or (03) 2698 7689, with regards to obtaining new RM10 banknotes for the forthcoming festive season. Bank Negara Malaysia has available sufficient banknotes to meet public demand for this purpose. All branches of commercial banking institutions have also been instructed to inform Bank Negara Malaysia of any shortage of such banknotes so that the new banknotes will be made available to them.
