What can I do if I have been scammed?
If you have been a victim of financial scams:
- immediately call your bank's scam hotline, or the National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) at 997

AND
- Lodge a police report
Calls to NSRC must be made within 24 hours of the scam incident and within its operating hours (8am-8pm including weekends and public holidays)
